"I declare that the information I’ve provided on this application is true, correct and complete. I understand that any false or incomplete information supplied on this application will be sufficient grounds for termination of the Rental Agreement. I hereby authorize Dick Greer Builders (Colony Club Apartments LLC and Colony Square Apartments LLC) to check my credit and references. Once the security deposit is paid a specific apartment is held for me and is taken off the market. I understand, acknowledge and agree that if I am unable to fulfill the conditions of occupancy or need to cancel my move in that $200 of the security deposit will be forfeited to Landlord to cover administrative costs and losses attributable to Landlord taking the apartment off the market. I also understand that if I move-in I am obligated to fulfill the term of the Rental Agreement and to give 60 days’ notice prior to moving out."
