General Information About Colony Club Apartments, LLC Colony Club is a peaceful community of 328 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each apartment features central heat & air conditioning, dishwasher, frost-free refrigerator, range, disposal and carpet. Concrete block walls between apartments and concrete floors provide sound and fire protection.
Also included is an outdoor pool and a free storage locker is assigned to every apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, Colony Club is only minutes from State Route 315, Ohio State University, Lennox Town Center and downtown Columbus. We are walking distance to Kroger (grocery) and COTA bus stops.

Rental Terms Generally, there is a 1-year Rental Agreement, but depends on the time of year of move-in. (Please speak to a Leasing Agent for details.) A 60 (sixty) day written and oral notice is required to terminate the lease.
Rent is paid through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payment system (electronically paid from your checking or Visa/Mastercard account on the third day of each month). The security deposit is $400. Pets are not permitted in the apartments or on the premises. Visiting pets are not permitted.
